How well are you listening? The answer is EASY to determine by paying attention to how your body feels. For example, when you wake up in the morning is there a body part that is “talking” to you? Is it tense? Does it hurt? And how do you feel emotionally? Are you happy? Are you sad? Are you angry? And the easiest of all – on a scale of 1-10 “how GREAT do you FEEL and FUNCTION each and every day?” 1, which represents, “I have to MAKE myself get out of bed!”… and 10, which represents, “I have to make myself GO to bed, cuz I have SO much energy at the end of the day!”
